Astrology is guidance, not fact

Everything offered on Astrovya — consultations, horoscopes, birth profiles, numerology readings and compatibility scores — is provided for guidance, reflection and personal interest. Astrology is a tradition of interpretation. It is not a science, its predictions are not verifiable, and nothing here should be treated as a statement of fact.

Not professional advice

A consultation on this Platform is not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. In particular, nothing here is medical, psychiatric, psychological, legal, financial, investment or tax advice. If you have a health concern, a legal problem or a financial decision to make, consult someone qualified to advise on it.

No guaranteed outcomes

No astrologer on this Platform can guarantee any result — a marriage, a job, a recovery, an exam, a court outcome or a financial return. Any decision you take following a consultation is yours alone, and you are responsible for its consequences.

In an emergency

Do not use this Platform in an emergency. If you or someone else is in danger, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency services or a crisis helpline immediately. Astrologers here are not trained counsellors or crisis responders.

Astrologers are independent

Astrologers are independent practitioners who use the Platform to reach clients. They are not our employees or agents. We review applications before publishing a profile, but we do not verify the accuracy of any reading and we do not endorse the opinions expressed in a consultation. Views expressed are the astrologer's own.

What we will not provide

We prohibit, and will act against any account offering: black magic, curses, vashikaran, occult rituals or anything claiming to control or harm another person; predictions of death; diagnosis or treatment of illness; and any attempt to determine the sex of an unborn child, which is an offence under the Pre-Conception and Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques Act, 1994.

Generated content

Our daily horoscopes and free tools are general-audience content, not readings of your individual birth chart. A personal reading requires consulting an astrologer directly.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on content or consultations obtained through the Platform. See clause 12 of our Terms of Service.
